When I was in high school, RHPS was the midnight movie at a funky artsy theater in Scottsdale (I think—I wasn’t good with directions back then). My friends and I went fairly often and brought squirt guns and toast. It was fun then. I wouldn’t want to go now, but it is something I’m glad I did!

I got addicted to doing this every weekend I could when I was younger. We had to get my best friend’s mother to buy us tickets since we were under 17. I met a lot of really interesting and cool people and worked my way up to playing Janet and Magenta when I could. Just thinking about it now really brings back so many memories…very happy ones.

of mine for many years. I love the movie, the music, the whole experience. I missed catching a show while I was in Chicago, and always worked too many hours to make it in Tulsa. So hopefully I’ll be able to catch it now. (=

KatheD is exhausted by the time change
We saw the movie at midnight in a small theater in downtown Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio many years ago. It was great fun! I’ve seen it on TV, or rented it, to refresh my memory, but the theater experience is truly the best. I’ve recently learned that it was originally a stage play, and think that may be even more fun!

We used to do this about once every couple of months when I was at university 25 years ago. Everyone would dress up as their favorite character, take toast to throw at the stage, bring water, and newspaper, etc. – lots of fun. An opportunity to blow off some stress just being silly. Yeh for the inner child!!!!

Local college put up a performance of the show at midnight. It was the audience participation show, and it was absolutely the most brilliant mind blowing thing you’ll ever see.
