I’ve lost about 45 pounds (Now about 215)
I’ve gotten out of a nearly 20 year marriage that I was allowing to have a serious effect on my self-image.
Regular exercise is starting to become a part of my life. It is feeling really good to do some much walking (40-120 minutes per day), hundredpushups.com, and even working out at the gym… 4 years ago

Step one, get in better shape. I tend to do well in groups so I joined a great group from work that works out every day at 1:00. 4 years ago

For most of my life my body’s role has been a transportation device for my head. I’d like to reinvest myself to be an person with an integrated mind and body. Becoming comfortable in and with my body seems like a natural first step. 4 years ago
