It’s the doing that is hard.
Lotsa veggies, minimal meat, lotsa water, minimal sugar.
I think we all know…It’s just easier said than done!!!
Oh, and having my wisdom teeth out had made me feel ALOT better, more energy in general.

I figuered out something about my self that took me all my adult life to learn. For the past 3 weeks, with the exception of the weekends {but I am workig on that too} I have been drinking a lot of water all day, and going to sleep early at night. And boy I have never felt better. I figuered that I give that a try and it was a pain for the first few days of it, with all the having to get up and pee every half an hour and constantly having to drink. At first I thought it was not working, since I did not feel any different. But by the seond week I could tell something had changed. I was not tierd and gruggy at work any more and felt a lot more energy. I just hope that I can find the follow throught to keep it up. Time will tell
Last night I was out with the boys, playing pool and haing a mixed drink.And I had this moment, I looked down at the drink in my hand, and so didnt want it. Seems like alot of the time, I have a drink,at home because I’m bored or somthing, and in social situations because its the thing to do.
It cannot be helping my energy levels at all. Drinking messes w you sleep cycles, drains your body of vitimans and all sorts of other things.
So I am going to make a consoius(sp) effort to limit my alchohol intake. If Im having dinner w friends or somthing, I will have a glass of red wine, whitch is ALOT better for you anyhow.
and just not enough energy to get it all done!!!! I work full time,and by the time I make it home and cook dinner, do a load of laundry, I’m so tired!!!! Need to figure out how to have more energy, weither it be better eating or going to the gym, I dont know. A good multi vitiman maybe?
