I’m so happy to be at a place in my life that I can tell the doctor what I need and they agree and support me. I get an appointment with a podiatrist to deal with my knee and hip and I get some physical therapy to deal with the abs. What a nice doctor.

even though I totally did not do the crunches. I did do 30-60 minutes of walking, very consistently, so I am pleased about that. So, I guess I’ll keep up with the walking and try to increase my time each day, since that seems to be working for me right now.

I walk tons every day. I’m scared to try abs work again. My daughter has an exercise cycle sitting in the living room. Maybe I should get on that. Its been here for months and the only one that uses it is my grandson.

I did the fittv exercise along this morning. I haven’t been watching so I was really amazing by all the marketing of abs workout programs. I’m having a pain in my ribs and back from the small amount of exercise I did. Its been over a year since my rib injury so I’m really surprised that it hurts. There are also some other health oriented shows so it was nice to have it on in the background.

I’m taking this really good goal. I want to work up from 5 but that is where I’ll start. I already walk more than that because of the bus/car accident thing. Maybe something else, like stretch.

Lots of walking each day, probably 40-50 minutes, but no crunches. Huh. I need a different goal or a different strategy.
