How to pray daily
It made me
Peacefull and happy!

How I did it: I realized that doing it by my own strengts wasn't going to help me. I found myself angry, on everything. Angry, I said, Lord I don't like to pray anymore, read anymore. It just doesn't make mee feel happy! I reached the point that I break down in crying! Than something came in my mind, a book I already read a long time ago: Grace the power to Reign from Harold Eberle. I took it and read a piece where Harold Eberle was in the exact same desperate situation. To say it shortly, God showed Him: come to me and stop trying to make Me happy by your works, just recieve MY love for you. Recieve it. Lessons & tips: The lesson an tips that I can provide are the following. For a long time I didn't realize what Gods Grace meant. I was trying to satisfy God and myself by diciplin, law and in that way praying. But you know, that is not really trough a inner motivation of love for God... Maybe you yourself are having trouble with really understanding Gods Grace for you. The clue to getting it, is understanding that YOU HAVENT GOT THE SKILLS YOURSELF. You CANT do it, yourself. But all the while you think you CAN do it all yourself, Grace is not needed... Grace is never pushing itself. It flows where there is dry ground. Is your heart dry? How I did it: I try to take a few minutes every morning to thank God for the day and to help me make good decisions and be everything I want to be, and accomplish everything I want to accomplish. It does not matter if I forgot in the morning, even sitting at my desk, in the car driving, before I go to sleep... just taking a few minutes of silence is all it takes. How I did it: I set my computer calendar to send me a reminder each day and when I read my email and saw the reminder, I stopped everything and prayed. Then I just found myself sending up a prayer at various times throughout the day without a reminder. That spontaneity was what I was hoping to achieve by getting in the habit of praying daily. I believe i understand the importance of prayer and therefore I have set a target to pray daily for next 101 days and ask for strength to achieve my other goals. My prayer routine would include SSM – 20 minutes, 27 BB – 20 minutes and Meditation 20 Minutes.

I think it is worth a try
It only takes a moment to say a short prayer,for those who are dear to us as well as those who are in need,for those who fight honorably for the country.
For those who have passed away,for those who are strangers as well as those we keep close to heart,for those who are sick and even for those who are well,in hope that they remain healthy and happy in times to come.
I feel the more people who pray,the more we shall be heard.It never hurt to ask the Almighty for His blessings

Now that Ramadaan is over…I hope to keep up the habit of praying.
I have been conciously organizing life around the prayer, not organizing the prayer around life.
When the time for prayer comes, it is important to drop other activities and pray.
Making du’aa at the end of each prayer to ask Allah SWT to keep us on the Straight Path.
I know we all should avoid looking at the prayer as a chore which has to get done. It is important to view the prayer as a means of connecting to Allah SWT and asking for His Mercy, Forgiveness and Guidance.
May Allah help us always.

It is ramdaan and I’m regular with my namaz and it feels great. :)
By doing so among other blessings I’m gifted with a clear and peaceful mind.
By praying before sunrise, I start my day early.
By praying at end of the day (taraweeh) I complete the cyle and feel so content.

Namaz makes me calmer n helps me take on the day with a positive attitude n do well during the entire day.
And now tht the holy month of Ramzaan is round the corner I hope my imaan will get a boost n I will get closer to Almighty n feel His magnificience in the true sense.

I was out all day so couldn’t go beyond fajr namaz.
I pray Almighty for fogiveness n hope to complete the khaza.

I am offering all my namazs – all 5 of them…most of them on time.
It feels so good to have some personal time with Almighty so often during the day.
It has soothed me and made me so much more peaceful.

Have started reciting Sure Yasin too!

Asr was offered khaza bcoz I was out with mumma shopping during asr.
Hope n pray to Allah that I keep up the regularity n punctuality.
