have a home studio

My music and recording is almost completely computer-based these days. I’m learning that one important thing is that this computer is going to need to have no internet connection. The internet is such a detriment to getting work done. In times that I need to do updates, I can either download files with an external drive on another computer, or if absolutely necessary, I can move the computer to another room to temporarily connect up and update. It’s important that the possiblity to connect in the studio simply does not exist.

I admit that my dream is to have a room in the basement with my stuff all set up, and perhaps some swirly paisley stuff painted on the walls, and maybe some colorful stuffed animals and a couch.. beads, etc.

It’s gotta be a tripped out place.
