own a holiday house in Cornwall

We’ve looked at a few places, but everywhere is just so expensive, especially for a second home. We need to work out the finances as I think we’d need to rent it out for the first few years in order to be able to afford to keep it.

I guess it doesn’t help that we’re limiting ourselves to a very small (expensive) area where Pip’s parents have a place as we know the area and can’t imagine being anywhere else. We just want a place of our own!
