ThoughtsInsideDreams Trying to turn my life around once again.
I plan on eating a healthy breakfast, lunch, and tea everyday. Not only that, but at the same time each day so that it becomes a habit.
I am also going to try to drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day, though I will try to bump that up to 2 litres later on down the track.
Problem is I need to find some things for these meals. Tea is alright, I usually have meat with some vegetables and water/fruit juice. Breakfast I usually only have something small, like toast or a yoghurt and sometimes I miss lunch.
I think I’ll make sandwiches for lunch from now on, bread, lettuce, cheese, ham etc. something along those lines, with a piece of fruit. That’d be good.. right? As for breakfast.. I guess I could start having weetbix perhaps with fruit like apple or banana chopped up with it.
I just really need to start taking care of myself, no one else is gonna do it for me.
