Cardio: a vigorous cycle 40-50 minutes/5-6 days a week & try to beat my stats a little each workout.

Resistance training: 4 days a week

Stretching: 6 days a week 10-20 mins each day

Lifestyle Activity: 5-6 days a week ( ie gardening, housecleaning—most chores that have to be done anyway! as well as parking farther away wherever I go, walking, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.)

These are my goals for my lifestyle change. I realise the only way to keep the weight off, and be healhty and active to an old age is to change my lifestyle. 7 years ago
