Metabolism  — 2 months ago

How low can your metabolism actually go if your eating a rreally low calorie diet? like do you know a way of eating little but keeping your metabolism up?
Also if say i burnt 500 calories at the gym but my metabolism had dropped would this have any effect on how many calories i had burned?
thanks

I’m a size zero. But I guess it doesn’t mean much. For one thing, “size zero” means something different to every designer. J. Crew, for example, tends to make their clothes larger, so size zeros there are too big on me. On the reverse, juniors sizes are usually smaller, so their size zeros are too small for me (I think – haven’t actually tried them on in a long time).

I'm giving up this goal.  — 3 months ago

I don’t need to be a size 0 to be happy. I’m a size 3 now and I think that’s all I need to be.

id love to be size 0 but one step at a time…i mean i need to get from 12 first!
tbh id be happy a size 6!
im 5’ and atm 140lbs! that is a lot to me, specially seems im so short!
i wanna be 80-90lbs and will do anything to get there!

Not worth it!

A US size 0 is really only healthy if you’re short, like I am. For you tall girls, please don’t make this a goal.

Even though this is not something I ever tried to do – it’s just a natural size for someone as short as I am – I’m marking it as “not worth it” simply because of all the judgement and discrimination I’ve recieved for being “size 0” despite being a healthy weight for my height.
