I am losing weight but I don’t want to look like a NY runway model. I want to look like Adriana Lima. I am currently a size 2 so if I become a size 0 so be it. But being a size 0 is not my goal anymore.

Being a size zero does not mean you have to be anorexic (but it helps, lol!!!) I used to be a double zero when I was anorexic two christmases ago. I was 5 foot seven inches and around 98 pounds. Now I’m fat at five foot eight and 130 pounds. I’m about a size 3-4 and it sucks!!!!! My stomach is actually thin and my but and legs are OK but my boobs are huge. There like Cs!!! I look fat and “normal” compared to society which sucks!!!!!!!!! Help me become a size zero again and I’ll help all you girls out there too who just want to be the pretty and best looking babes out there!!!!!

Bought A Size 0 Dress (uk 4) From Miss Selfridge, i love it is gorge. i need to fit in to it for my friends 21st on the 23rd of jan so got some work to do but i’m hopeful.
done a diet plan and exercise plan started now.
OMG!! I’m at that stage where i look in the mirror, poke all the fat! I am a massive UK size 12! I hate it! I wanna be thin! So from now one i am gunna excise for an 2 hours and drink water for brekkie and lunch. and have a small dinner.

Hiya All. I had this goal set for a quiet some time but i never actually got down to doing it. I keep on putting it off and in then end of the day feeling well… down.
So i decided to do it now and no more excuses. BUT i need tips and encourgement from you all.
Those who have done this or are doing it now. i would love to hear feed back aswell.

i love food as much the any other person. I’m size well british 8 is big and british 6 is kinda tight so i guess british 7?

started proper diet and exercise plan, i figure i’m only 5ft so size 0 should be natural, i have been a size 2 but then i quit gym when i lost my job so gone up a few sizes but bought a cross trainer for when its raining and i can go for runs when its nice, i just gotta keep goin bit by bit.
i also bought this tiny dress i love it and i wanna fit in to it so much…..
dont fit.
i know i’ve gained way too much, so i’m dieting back down hoping to get to 70lbs.
btw i’m 5” so dw!

How low can your metabolism actually go if your eating a rreally low calorie diet? like do you know a way of eating little but keeping your metabolism up?
Also if say i burnt 500 calories at the gym but my metabolism had dropped would this have any effect on how many calories i had burned?
