I went to the gym for 6 months straight and I even had a personal trainer teaching me how to lift weights. It was great. I lost 20 lbs and wore clothes I couldn’t fit into at lessor weights!~ I highly recommend this goal. Sadly, I moved to a very small town with no gyms, and I put some weight back on. I am hoping to actually take a workout class in the beginning of the year. I love feeling good and getting healthy. 1 month ago
