with my cousin- we go to the gym and then out to breakfast all before i have to be at my internship. and the fact that we probably eat all the calories we just burnt off doesn’t matter- its that we are exercising and enjoying it.
and the breakfast doesn’t suck ;)

a year ago i was obsessed with gym. i would go everyday. 80-90 minutes on the eliptical. 30-40 minutes on the bike. 30 minutes of weightlifting. i would walk to the gym and walk home afterwards. no slacking. then i went into hospital and spend 7 weeks there. ever since then i haven’t been to the gym. i just couldn’t do it.
i really need to force myself this time.
i really want to and i need to.
at least 2-3 times a week.
will probably get a membership from september/october.

Been twice this week plus did a two hour walk with Mandy. I can tell my fitness level has dropped just in a few months as I could barely run 2 mins at 9km per hr. Last time I went I was running 15 mins. Got to build back up to it.

I feel better when I go. I actually look forward to going. I also like that I can actually work out without feeling like I’m in so much pain the next day.
One important thing I have to do, though, is to mix things up a bit—experiment with different exercises to keep my routine fresh. Sometimes I feel intimidated by the muscle-y people working out. But we’re all there to get fit/look good/feel better.

In a bid to be healthy and fit for America I need to start doing some real exersize.
By the end of june I want to have put on some arm and stomach muscles, at least the running takes care of my legs.
I also want to be in good cardio-vascular health, because 2 months of Taco Bell may kill me.

I felt like I was really out of shape and I spent so much time in front of the tv, it was disgusting. For christmas, my mom got me a membership to the gym. I started going occasionally, but not very often. I realized what a waste of money this was and that if I was going to spend money/waste my mom’s money on a gym, I might as well get the most value out of it. I started going two or three times and week and not only was I getting the most value out of my membership, I started to feel healthier. I could do more activity during the day without wearing myself out. I was also happier because I felt healthier. I felt so good, I started going 4 or 5 times a week and I have been keeping that up for the past month. After going to the gym so often, I started to feel motivated to eat healthier. I thought “If I’m spending so much time at gym, it’s such a waste to gain any weight I lose back in empty calories”. As a result, I am a much healthier person and I feel much better about myself!
