I hardly ever drink soda except for with friends. I harly ever drink milk or orange juice or tea or coffee. This goal would be easy for me to complete if my mom would stop buying delicious Mango/orange/etc juice! It is sooo yummy. But soon Mangos will be out of season and Costco will stop stocking the juice and I will complete this goal =)

figured after crashing again on coffe and having to wash up the cup and go to the store to buy more milk, it would be easier just to fill a bottle with water and drink that. stop hainvg to spend so much on drinks and wasting time making drinks , just drink out of the same bottle and fill it up when its empty.
Well, this is the original goal that I found this site with, so I guess it’s worth having a go at. Three years ago I was a horrible soda addict, sometimes downing up to four cans of the garbage a day. Then I slowly made the switch to diet beverages, which I’ve been addicted to since then.
As of now I’m trying to purge my body of chemicals so I can seriously consider cross-country and running, along with parkour.

Well I just started college and with all this running around I haven’t been drinking enough water. I need to force myself in the habit of drinking more water so only drinking it for a month should be a good start. September 1st = day 1. Oh goodness..

...but i dont think i’d do this again. The last week was the hardest. But Im still glad that i did this. Water has already replaced my coffee and soda.
I have been thinking about doing this for a very long time. I hear it is very cleansing and helps you feel empowered. I want to have that type of control. I hear it takes 14 days to break or make a habit, so these first two weeks I have to try my best (:

I’ve decided to give this goal up since im really feeling deprived. But when i got home, i saw a bottle of Coke in the fridge and poured it instead. I even drank a glass of water first so i can drink the soda slowly and really enjoy it – and you know what – after the first gulp, i just wanted to drink water..so i gave the glass to someone else. I guess i can finish this goal after all. And will probably prefer water even after.
That gulp doesnt count right? Well even if it did – it doesnt really matter, I’ve already formed a healthy habit. :D

This gets harder as the days pass. While Im now drinking enough water – I still want to drink sodas when i go out. But still, its only just for 2 more weeks..i can do this.

Im drinking quite a lot now, usually 8-12oz of water, 5-6 times a day. Ive been out to eat 2x and I still had water although i really wished i can drink something else..I wouldnt want to feel deprived because really im not..

Yup, for the whole month of June! This would go perfect with my diet and my teeth whitening. :)
