Currently, I look like a skeleton in photo’s. Especially photo’s where I’m standing next to other people. That’s got to change. I need to at least get up to the average weight for someone my height; ultimately I want to reach 80kg’s, and not have it collecting around my middle. This means gym. A lot of gym. And a lot of eating. Two things that generally I consider to be in the ‘dull duty’ section of life. But I’m determined to get this sorted.
How to get buff
How I did it: Working out, Eating right, a positive attitude, and persistence. I Drank a cup of milk daily, and matched my sodium intake with my perspiration levels. Slim Jims believe it or not. And keeping my BFI really low.
Lessons & tips: Watch your metabolism, real Chinese food really helps.
Resources: Fresh and Easy whey protein shakes.

been doing pushups and some arm exercises with a dumbbell. almost daily, but haven’t done it in a week, I feel too sick and don’t want to make myself sick for longer.
Every few days or so I find myself being able to to an extra pushup or an extra bicep curl, haven’t noticed increase in physical size
Illustrious is getting things done
Although it might sound strange, I think I should focus on training to have a strong body for health and well-being reasons rather than for pure vanity. The latter just doesn’t seem to work. But I do want to be healthy and pain-free, and that will only be possible when my body fat is reduced and I have more muscle tone. Makes sense?
Flahmingo is doing homework
I have been going to the gym for about three months now, but last month i got really sick and have been avoiding the gym. I really need to go again. I guess my goal for this will be to gain twenty pounds if possible
im really skinny people always mention me for how skinny i am so you know getting buff would be really good.
Tomm23 is doing office work, planning where to move after december :)
POWER BARRSSSSSSSS!
Ravuthpum is tired of the monotony of work :(
I need to get buff so I can dress up as a spartan from 300 for halloween! Yeah, it’s a dumb reason, but I’m hoping it’ll motivate me. I’ll walk around carrying a huge shield and stuff. Then I’ll freeze my ass off because I’ll be walking around wearing nothing but a cape and underwear shivers
Kbrooks88 is doing nothing
Working out is hard. I get distracted and I forget what set I’m on. I need to get focuesed. I guess I’ll recommit to this goal here in a little while.
I’m finally working on this one! I got a personal trainer for my birthday. I am one year closer to 30 and my husband and friends are really supportive of me doing this. Once the training sessions are over, I will have the knowledge and (hopefully) confidence to tackle the gym and my own weight training on MY OWN! I’m already seeing some small improvements in my energy levels and muscle tone. The best part is sleeping better at night.
