Lately I haven’t liked the way my body has looked so today I decided to take the initiative and do something about it. I’m going to start working out every day so that way I can “get buff”. I want to keep this up so I can keep myself healthy and take care of my body physically…plus the summer is coming up lol and I totally have to look hot for that:). 13 months ago

5 months ago I was 145lbs, and very unhealthy. Today I am at 170, and work out 3x a week. My body fat is 19% and I am 6ft tall. My goal by end of 2012 is 190lbs and 10% body fat. I work with an amazing trainer and I’m excite to crush this goal. 17 months ago
