    working out 3-5 times a week plus a 3 hour roller derby practice has increased my endurance 10 fold… at least!

    i am stoked!

    pretty soon we’ll be practicing 3 times a week minimum on top of my regular work out routine…

    i’m going to be a power house to be reckoned with!
