So here it is… I have an app on my iPhone that allows me to keep track of everything that enters this body. For my height 5’8” and weight 152 I am permitting myself 2000 calories a
day. That will be 2 pounds dropped a week just from that. I need to start working out more because I have a desk job so I’m always sitting. I have lost two pounds already which brings me to 150. Before I started the 2000 calorie diet I kept track of my regular eating habbits and realized I eat terribly! I was regularly consuming 4000 calories a day! No wonder I’m gaining weight. So now i’m making an effort to be heathy and it feels good :)

Since last I checked, I’ve lost at least three pounds. No cheese burgers, french fries, bread, or fried food. I’ve been drinking a lot of water, and I feel pretty good.

So today I will start thinking about eating healthier. I’m gonna go easy on the bacon burgers with fries that I usually eat at least four times a week. I think that alone will get me in the right direction.

that one girl knows that all big changes are made one small decision at a time!
so my first weight in was 7/27/08. . it’s been almost exactly one month. . . four weeks, and i have lost 8 pounds. eight pounds is exactly what weight watchers wants you to loose. SO, i am going to call this done. that way on monday, i can start fresh with another 8 pound weight loss for september. i will follow the rules, and anything extra will just be a bonus instead of a disappointment.

fyi: anyone who wants to loose weight, i keep reading these bizarre diet plans. seriously. you can’t drink lemonade all day; everyday with out consequences. having your intestinal track ‘cleansed’ only goes so far. if you want to stay ‘thin’ and or ‘healthy’ for any length of time it will take will and semi-hard work. this is my second time on weight watchers and it works like a charm every time, i just tend to hit my target and stop, gain it all back and start over, in a two or three year cycle. it comes down to taking time to make food that does not originate in a damned box, buying an mp3 player and getting off your butt and going for a walk\wheel\jog\ride. . whatever floats your boat. but don’t drink lemonade all day.

i realized at this pace, 10 lbs a month, by new years. . . i’ll weight 130 pounds. my wedding jeans (no dress, gap jeans, and gap sweater) will be too big. holla. :)
