I do not have the motivation for it that I once did, it is much more easily achieveable but I dont think that I’ve planned for it and I could have.
Perhaps this week I will make a solid plan and name my dates for travel, that way I can say this goal has been accomplished, I did at a time have a goal to visit Edinburgh annually or even more frequently, seeing as it is and probably will remain one of the premium sites in the UK for residence and visiting or tourism. 1 month ago
Coming up in March when I have some annual leave again.
I’ve been thinking about it, thinking about the things I still have to see, people I might per chance meet again if they’re free, the places I hope are still around and open for business.
I want to try crannachan again, try a battered haggis again, go to the jekyl and hyde pub again and have some chips and a burger like the last time, I’m going to hop the tour bus and see the remaining parts of the massive museam which I havent seen, the upper floors.
Dont know if I’ll do the castle again, it will mainly depend upon time, but I hope the mussell in is still open, were they serve the pots of mussells, all the book shops, all the coffee shops and the japanese shop that I ate sushi in and had battered eel which I could barely get to my mouth with the chopsticks I’d not used much at that point.
Looking forward to this. Good to have achieveable hopes and plans to begin the year with. 3 months ago
I’m going to plan a lot for my next trip to Edinburgh, create a real solid list of things to see and do while I’m there.
Not that I’m not going to do anything spontaneous but I’m aiming to do more than what I’ve done before visiting the same eateries and sites which I have each time I’m been before.
Anyone got any suggestions for things not to be missed on a trip to edinburgh? 8 months ago
And I remember wanting to travel over annually after spending a great time there at the fringe festival one year. 8 months ago
