not to be afraid

I was afraid at times (and still am), but I pursued in believing that everything will pass. It did. What came didnt surprised me so much because I firmly believed in its happening. What surprised me was that it was so good it did nit seem real.

I am facing my fears already. when you fear the future, you have actually no choice than to face it :-)
altough this is not quite true. you can face only the present time and present time does not offer any threats at the actual moment (I am doing quite good when not thinking about future events).

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.
