I am acting to clearly report the conditions of the homeless and of at least one shelter for the homeless. It is good to have a shelter, but even though it does some good, there must be health standards in place to protect all guests and staff.

I am concerned that too many men are placed too closely together, thus risking contagion of for example, tuberculosis. Am also reporting violations of code, as in hole in wall in bathroom, big enough for rat to crawl through, and poor hygiene standards. 6 years ago
