sign up and become an organ donor

went in to medicare today and picked up three forms.

i want to get a couple of the other girls at school to sign up for it but i also think i might need the spares in case i mess up one of the other registration forms ><

it’s like 3.07am so technically it’s the 18th but whatever.

today, after school, i’m gonna go in to medicare and sign up for a form to get my own card as well as sign up for the donor registry. (:
