I still get afraid and depressed, but it’s no longer a constant state I’m in.
Whenever I’m feeling down I TRY my best not to let it get to me, and not to let me go into depression again.
I know it’s not over, I know I’m still going to feel depressed a lot of the time. But I now I know that I can beat it.
