express myself through art

Again I’ve been doing pastels.
A friend came over and I tried my hardest to make him use pastels to express himself while he did other stuff, but he isn’t that type of guy so he didn’t really bother. 3 years ago

I’ve started using oil pastels and it’s really fun just putting it on paper and smudging it everywhere. 3 years ago

Got some art supplies yesterday, I got some paintbrushes and water color pencils and have 3 sketchbooks (I think), so it wont be much trouble just drawing a few pictures. 3 years ago

While on holidays I decided to write a book, of course I probably won’t get around to it, but I have created a story line and made up the characters. 3 years ago

Its actually really fun making Christmas decorations. I advise all to try it, it also means you can put them on your Christmas tree and it could be fun to do it as a family activity. 3 years ago

Today I’m going to spotlight, I love it there, I’m getting stuff for Christmas decorations (in primary school we did heaps of Christmas decorations and I remembered making some things so I’m getting the supplies to make them) and I know that Christmas isn’t for a few more months but one of my other goals is to find the spirit of Christmas again so I’m trying to do that. 3 years ago

Did art yesterday (2 drawings), both of which were fairly depressing. Tonight I am going to read a few more chapters in my book. 3 years ago

I love drawing, painting, ceramics, reading, writing (depending on my mood), cooking (Mmm food) and generally just creating things. I am a very artsy person, I mainly get it from my mother.

I am going to try and draw a picture or read a book every few days and hope to get better at my art and craft work. 3 years ago

...or energy to focus on this goal right now. This was really important to me a year ago, but I’m at a very different place right now, and need to get all the basics in order first.
