I’ve always wanted to do this. Or at least witness it be done. Whenever someone tries to start one, no one else catches on, cuz they’re lame. The only way I’ve seen a slow clap done is if it’s planned out before hand. ULTRA LAME!

ktcreole needs to get busy working on these goals!
I was at the bar last night so the details are fuzzy. Either way, I started a slow clap and then explained to my friends about 43things.com

My philosophy professor delivered this really great lecture the other day and promptly farted. Really, really loudly. As soon as I was able to think, “This would be an excellent time to start a slow clap,” the guy two seats away started one, and all I could do was participate, knowing all the while that my slow clap had been taken from under my nose in my few moments of shock at the gastric abilities of my professor.

this couldn’t have been done without the help of the 43things atlanta group that i met yesterday. in fact, it was the 43things group that i was able to get clapping. i think i’ll keep doing this goal for a while because of the high fun-factor. awesome.

applause for something that wouldn’t normally be appluaded. for example: starting a slow clap for someone sneezing, instead of after a performance of some kind. something along those lines is what i would consider accomplishing this goal. starting now, i’ll be keeping my eyes open for the perfect scenario.

I officially started a slow clap! Woohoo! At camp this year during the talent show, I just started slowing clapping and everyone joined in. I’m so proud. :-)
