So i’m gonna see Ryan Adams a second time when he plays in Louisville on March 16th. He wrote on his blog that he’s taking a break from music for an indefinate amount of time. It turns out that we’ll be seeing him on the last leg of his tour before his hiatus (he only has 2 shows left after louisville). So i’m hoping that since that’s the case then he’ll put on a stellar concert.
it just sucks that since we preordered the tickets awhile back and we still have to wait 2 more months till the day of the show…

It was an amazing concert, totally worth the 3 hour trip. and overall we had fun trip too. After looking forward to it for months i’m kinda sad that it’s over.

I saw Ryan Adams in concert for my birthday last year in Cleveland, and am going again Thursday to Indianapolis. Love the road trips and even more, love his music. Nothing fills me with peace and happiness quite like the music does.

The available seats absolutely suck (we wouldn’t even be able to see him AT ALL), and being the poor drunks we are, G and I have decided to forgo the show (I still love you, Ryan) and spend that cash on some more pumpkins to carve tonight. I’ve totally got the boy on the pumpkin-carving train. :)

I’m psyched. I’ve been kind of wishy washy about whether I wanted to shell out the funds for this, ‘cause he kind of has a habit of having little fits and walking off stage. BUT I love him, and I just don’t want to miss this. So tonight G and I are having dinner at his sister’s house (hmmm…) and then crossing our fingers we’ll get to hear Come Pick Me Up. I hope, I hope, I HOPE he plays it!
