Charleston Chess Club
The Charleston Chess Club (CCC) meets each Wednesday from 7:00 PM till usually around 11:00PM in the Park Circle Presbyterian Church, 4701 Park Place West at Durant Avenue. It is approximately one mile from I-26 exit #213 (Montague Avenue) in North Charleston. You can click the link above to obtain a general map to help you find us.
We are a local affiliate of the United States Chess Federation (USCF). USCF Players receive further savings on USCF books, and equipment. Players of all levels are welcomed. For new comers to chess some informal instruction is available from our experience players. We encourage young players to attend since they are our future. To join all one needs to do is be in good standing with the club and pay 5$ a year and submit this to our president David Causey at one of our meetings.
