How is your land appreciate in your country? Location?

I recently started learning more about stock investing. And while I am only a novice, I find it all so fascinating. I know that this is my future I am taking into my hands anyway which only gives me more incentive to get serious about it. So far I am enjoying feeding my brain this new info. And hey, if I can secure a future for myself by investing wisely, then even better!

I work for a financial institution and I have earned my investment licenses. Now I advise people on smart ways to plan for retirement. In spite of all of the licensing and classes I had to go through, I learned alot from searching the internet and reading articles. Plus I still have my own financial advisor that I talk to on a regular basis.

I am counting this as done. I’ve learned enough to be confident that I’ve made informed decisions about my retirement savings accounts (and enough to know that I should stick with mutual funds, etc. for now, because I do not have the time or energy to research and follow the performance of individual stocks).

I just recently started an investment club with about 10 other people. It’s currently in the beginning stages but looks to be promising.
