You can do it, just start out small. Do ten minutes a day for a week, then up it to 20. I’ll be easier than you think.
And the thing about exercise that you have to remember is: if you wan’t to get stronger, you have to keep upping the ante a little. Once you’ve got 20 minutes a day down, up it to 30 and so on. Add a little bit more weight to what you’re lifting, run a little farther, etc.

now I can start recording this again…
but I’ve had days lately where I spent pratically the whole day excersising, and others where it was just half an hour as we drove most of the day.
I will now no longer count walking as excersice except for in the winter.
I also find that this is more important during school time, when I ten dto forget about running regularly. When I’m off, it comes automatically.
I’ve been on holiday for the last 4 weeks, and still am, so I didn’t do this EVERY SINGLE day. But, we did go hiking for hours on some days, and others I just went for a ten minute swim.
Here where I am now, I’m running everyday, sometimes even twice a day.
And running is coming easier with every day. I can’t wait to be back home though, as this area’s extremely hilly and steep…
Adar is back.
I’m in the groove on this one. Using the cane to walk gets me out there. No excuses, just results!
walking arround for about 4 hours… I’d say that counts. Deffinitely made me tired!
