How I did it: I watched a video which taught me that the key to finger snapping is to keep your middle finger straight as you move your thumb across it. I'll post a link to the video I used at the bottom of this post to show what I mean.

I can’t, for the life of me, know how to properly snap my fingers. Many a Beat-poetry sessions have been missed because of this.

:( I really don’t. I’ve tried so many times, and so many people have tried to teach me. Sometimes I can kind of have make a snapping sound, but it’s really muted and I can’t always even do that. I’ve tried all the tricks and everything. Oh well.

Wow, this one caught me by surprise! I’ve wanted to click my fingers for a while, and I started doing it all of a sudden yesterday.

I use my middle finger and thumb…I just watched my mom do it and imitated her until one day it actually made a noise! :)

i do it with my ring and middle fingers… everyone i know uses the middle and second finger – i used to be so upset that i couldnt do it – but then i realized im using hte wrong fingers! happy day! :)
