be car-free for a week

i could probably do this… once the weather improves
its been below zero for days and i probably couldn’t make it to school without frostbite
so i’ll get right on it once the weather improves

it’s seems like such a central thing to my life, I’d like to give it up to see how I can get by w/o it, what all it will affect

so i think i might try this next week. my piano lesson’s cancelled, oh wait never mind i have a party to go to ;(

right now i can get to all the activities i usually do on a weekly basis without a car. except my piano lesson. its too far to bike to and i can’t just cancel it. and i cant take the public bus because it goes through kind of a bad neighborhood that my mom won’t let me go through.

i have decided that i will not ride in a car for an entire week. luckily, i live only a couple miles from school so i can bike. and there are grocery stores, pharmacies, and malls close by! some of my friends live nearby (but not too many) but i will just have to sacrifice some things for the sake of mother earth.

i do household things to save the earth, but i fell the need to do something more
like something that i cant do quickly.
play a bigger role
