Fibromyalgia is a very painful autoimmune disorder. Sometimes the pain is more than other times, even at times it can be an extreme. Unfortunatly for those of use with suffering with Fibo there is still a whole unexplored medical world out there in this area. Until recently most people who have lived and suffered with Fibro were told it was all in their heads. Still today that happens, but fortunatly not as often as before.
Luckly, Fibromyalgia is being diagnosed more and more, and with that comes the hope that medical research will bring a cure. There are so many known and unknown other symptoms of Fibromyalgia, IBS and Fatigue are just to name a couple.
Only in the past couple of month has there been a medicane approved by the FDA for Fibromyaliga. It is also too new to tell what is going to do for the long haul. I personally have heard both good and bad responses to it, but have not tried it myself as of yet.
I have been diagnosed with this dreadful disease for the past 2 years (even though I am sure I have had it longer) and I desperately want to find a cure for Fibromyalgia.
