I' m half way 16 months ago

Well this is great i didn’t do anything. Just changed my food. Now, I take much more smaller carbohydrate foods, eat lots of meat, fish and vegetable and 1.5 liter of drinks at least. Some one told me if I stop taking carbohydrate foods totally that will do more harm than good. So, I drink soft drinks with lower calories. And guess what that has helped me to increase my taking of water. Previously I used to take 3 or four glass of water a day, Now I drink 1 liter of soft drinks which is my source of carbohydrate and 2 or three glass of water. And I can see the benefit. Oh, yes, sometimes I’m taking a meal or two off. What I do just drink 1 or 2 glass of water then eat some fruit, that helps me to skip a meal. Again in sundays I simply get up late and skip the breakfast.

I can see a lot of improvement. But I think I will have to work out. Only dieting is not gonna help, Cause for this few month I found that my belly is reducing but I am becoming fat. I’m gonna take benefit of it, I will go to gym and take some exercise and build my muscles.

Few months ago, I was something called skinny. Wanted to gain some weight. And now my body structure is fine but by belly showed it’s face. So, I’ll take an immediate action, stop taking high CH foods And I’ll workout.



Today is my day 3 years ago

I want to start to reduce my belly with workout and good food.
