Well this is great i didn’t do anything. Just changed my food. Now, I take much more smaller carbohydrate foods, eat lots of meat, fish and vegetable and 1.5 liter of drinks at least. Some one told me if I stop taking carbohydrate foods totally that will do more harm than good. So, I drink soft drinks with lower calories. And guess what that has helped me to increase my taking of water. Previously I used to take 3 or four glass of water a day, Now I drink 1 liter of soft drinks which is my source of carbohydrate and 2 or three glass of water. And I can see the benefit. Oh, yes, sometimes I’m taking a meal or two off. What I do just drink 1 or 2 glass of water then eat some fruit, that helps me to skip a meal. Again in sundays I simply get up late and skip the breakfast.
I can see a lot of improvement. But I think I will have to work out. Only dieting is not gonna help, Cause for this few month I found that my belly is reducing but I am becoming fat. I’m gonna take benefit of it, I will go to gym and take some exercise and build my muscles.
