    I’ve been to Homer many times. I last fished there in 2003 (or thereabouts). I diidn’t make it this summer, but I really want to in June of 2006 if at all possible. Now that we have the “I Want To Do This Again” button I can mark this as an ongoing goal and make room on my 43 list. Nice.

    I managed to find my way to Homer last August just as the Silver Salmon started to run. I caught this beauty, fulfilling one of my life’s goals.

    Met up with the family this past summer in Homer and when halibut fishing. Several 40 to 55 lbs fish among us, one was 95 lbs.

    I grew up in Anchorage,Alaska and I love fishing in Homer during the summer. Go out for 2 days—and split fishing between Halibut and Salmon.
