learn how to make an omelet

In my quest to cut back on the carbs a bit, I will be eating eggs every morning for the next week or so. Seems like a good time to work on my 2 egg omelet. Starting Monday! (I need to buy some more butter first)

I can successfully prepare eggs in most of the standard ways, but until now, a decent omelet has eluded me. I can never get it to flip or curl up, and it always ends up as scrambled eggs with stuff. I’ve never really tried to perfect my technique though – methinks now is the time!
