It’s a WONDERFUL change for me. Not for everyone though.

Remember, there’s a difference between BDSM and S&M. BDSM is a lifestyle of submission, S&M is the act of sadism and masochism-the more physical “Tie me up and beat me” portion. They’re both fun for different folks, but they’re often confused.

Myself, I practice BDSM, as a full service submissive. That means S&M play, as well as other forms of service, be it cleaning, special (sometimes kinky) requests or commands; entertaining or taking care of their guests, just about anything. It’s a full lifestyle.

Some people take it to different levels, some just enjoy the play, some just enjoy the service too; others mix both to different extremities. Many people can’t imagine why you would want to do someone’s dishes or take out their trash; others can’t imagine why you would want someone to spank your ass and flog you till you bleed. To each their own.

There’s no “One true right way” to do this, try things safely, and see what works for you. In most cases, I’m confident you’ll be glad you did.

I’ve always been curious and now have a partner who is willing, we’re starting with a class at the local feminist adult toy store this coming Thursday: S/M 101. Should be a fun journey!

I’ve just started exploring this side of me and am having a really great experience.
