contribute to recordings for the blind

My new job will be a lot further from the center, and it doesn’t make sense to attempt this until I move back in town.

but it really does make a difference to some people.

...there’s a great way to do this. There’s a program based in Atlanta called GARRS, Georgia Radio Reading Service, and their readers are entirely volunteer. I’ve done this before when my schedule allowed it and I loved doing it. It’s an awesome volunteer activity. I loved volunteering for them before and would like to again someday.

nice idea, but I don’t have any immediate plans nor any indication of how to do this…

so, for the time being, I’m taking this off my list.
