Ahh… and it feels so good. After being slagged off for quite some time, I finally decided to take matters into my own hands. It wasn’t really a nasty letter, but I told these people off. I think they needed to hear about how unsatisfactory their customer service is. Obviously, they aren’t getting enough complaints, because they’ve sucked for years. 5 years ago
