I run a MovableType blog, and use mt-rssfeed (albeit with a little hacking to make it Atom-friendly) so that my blog now has my Flickr photos integrated into the left sidebar and Atom feed. It’s not perfect (it has no inbuilt caching), but with a little hackery, it might do the job.

I know it’s possible, I’ve just been too lazy to get around to do it. For example having a feed from del.icio.us for links, or my currently reading books from all consuming, or music from audioscrobbler, or a to-do list from 43things!
Simple XML parsing and a cache of the feed is all that is required. And the time and inclination.
