at least 15 minutes of exercise every single day

hm, nothing yet today, i came into work early instead

i’ll take a walk or pop in a video tonight

did the qigong video this morning (still haven’t actually done the entire thing yet). I love this though, i defintaly need to make a point to find more information on what this is all about and where it came from

I also walked to the library and the store, instead of the walking dvd that i got. It was so gorgeous outside from the office window today, i was getting angry at myself for not going out to enjoy it! This is my favorite weather afterall.
Truth be told this may not have happened if i did not run out of cigarettes!

i did not do anything special yesterday….i did make it a point to RUN up and down my stairs everytime i got up though

today i went for a walk…that’s about it
i need to do a video this evening or something

so i went to the library and got a walking dvd, apparently i walked 2 miles in my living room this morning!

i can barely believe it myself…BUT i really did it!!
i just hope i keep it up!!!
Maybe i WILL walk to the library tomorrow, i am just concerned about time issues….we’ll see what happens
