... 30 – so not that much of an improvement but i havent done ANY for a long time. The thing that really bugs me is that i recover from it almost instantly but i cant seem to push past a certain number. But if i give up im back to normal in 10 seconds. i dont understand and i guess the only way to overcome this is practise. urg.
I started today with 30 and plan to do this every day and each week or so add 10.
