I’ve never learned how to belly roll. Everybody I know that have the control of those belly roll muscles says that the could do it since childhood.
If it is really possible to learn I’ll do it.

JustACrazyGirl is having a chill day, for the first time in weeks.
I’m already taking bellydance classes, and have been since September ‘08. I can do so much more now than I could before, and I’m proud of myself for it, but I still can’t belly roll, and it’s driving me crazy.

I can totally add this in when I do my daily stretches, and hopefully my sit ups will help – although I guess I need to work more on my obliques. I’m very excited about this :)

It’s tough. I can’t isolate my upper and lower abs, either that or I can, but I can’t see the difference haha. I guess I can get my upper abs to puff out fine, but I can’t get my bottom ones
