Stop binging and purging and just eat right

I realize that this goal is an ongoing process, adn therefore I can chose to complete it any time but I think I am ready to mark it as complete now. I havent purged for months, I have no reason to as I’m eating so much more healthier and losing weight. Thank you to the few people who wrote to me on this goal I appreciate it x

going to try and stop this, it isn’t healthy at all. So I’ve made a decision today that I’m going to eat well and not binge and purge any more, so my insides aren’t in turmoil any more.

this constant cycle. i know its ruining my health and my self esteem, but i cant seem to stop. Maybe as my life gets better so will this.
