    I sort of urged her to start taking improv classes, and now she’s done that, joined an improv group, and made a transition into post-modern burlesque. This week we went to hear the actress Sandra Oh (Sideways) speak. Rachel feels unstoppable to me. She has the spark.

    my 20something former running partner. We’re going to a book signing tomorrow. I’ve missed her. I DID inspire her—she got deeply involved in improv comedy because of me. She inspires me because she’s so gutsy.
