BeckyknowsbestExplanation

OK, I thought this might need an explanation of some sort, so here it is:

I stumbled across this site, and after working out what it was, and adding a few goals, I thought “What’s the ultimate goal? The one that no one can ever really accomplish?” The answer of course, was perfection.

Now when I was little people told me that ‘practice makes perfect.’ when I was a few years older I took great delight in responding with ‘if practice makes perfect and nobody’s perfect then why practice?’ Something which I expect wound my parents up considerably.

However, now I think that it’s a good aim – you know you’ll never actually achieve it, but that doesn’t matter, because if you always aim as high as it is possible to aim in everything you do, then there’s no way that you can come back with poor results.

I don’t think I’m perfect. I don’t think anyone is, and I seriouslt doubt that that’s going to change in the future, but you have to aim high (there’s no point in aiming low).
