i’m going to start doing 50 sit ups in the morning and 50 at night. i’m getting my roommates to do some with me, that way i’ll keep up with it. once i get comfortable with 50, i’m going to add more. hopefully it works!

Ive been avoiding this goal out of laziness. Which is lame because all i keep doing is start at my belly below which is constantly poking out saying hi to me lol..

i want to have a nice toned tummy for holiday! i used to do 100 sit ups a day and that was good then i stopped and ate crap, im starting again!
