How to have family devotions

How I did it: I finally got our family started on family devotions. Though I'm not an excellent teacher, I grew up in the church and know the various "Sunday School" lessons that will relate best to kids.
I went online and printed off lyrics to various kids' choruses and other fun Christian songs. This is my kids' favorite part of our family devotions -- the more hand motions, the better!
In the near future, I will be looking for kids' devotionals to help me better relate the concepts with the kids.
Lessons & tips:
- Incorporate fun kids' songs into your devotions
- Purchase an age-appropriate kids' devotional
- Involve the kids AND any other adults
- Use the internet as a resource (google things like kids bible activities, kids bible songs, etc.)
