i want to make running integral part of my life.
oh! this sounds as a good goal title.
i need to be very, very specific with this goal:
i will run every tuesday, thursday and saturday at least 20 min!

that’s improvement
i discovered it is convinient to run after my aerobic class – i’m already dressed to go, warmed up, & can run/jog much longer. i just skip stretch there and stretch when i get home. i also purchased the timer.
next step is to bring my ChiRunning CD.

Oh yeah, i looked my blog and there under “short term goals” there was “start 16 week progam” – no wonder i’m starting it over again and again and again… 6 years ago
i had company for 2 long and very fast walks so i did it.
today i have no company but have scheduled walk/run.
So, i decided: IF i don’t do it TODAY afternoon, i’m scratching this goal off! no more games. i’m sick of them. either i want to be able to run or i don’t want it, there’s no middle ground!
today! am i willing to pay the price or not?
ps. i did it and it was powerful. and then the whole week passed by6 years ago

i printed the plan , it is mostly walking first month so i plan to go part of the way from work walking (it would so nice in the morning, while it is still fresh, wouldn’t it? but in that case i should go out earlier. ummm it would be very nice.)
i will see would it deplete or charge my “batteries”. according to Dona Eden walking is good for charging meridians if they flow in right direction. if more then half of them flows backwards it depletes them cus walking forces energy to flow in the right direction. (P.S. blah blah. walking charges me.)
it would be good to balance the meridians before excercise – i need to find that booklet from course Touch for Health , it is really good stuff
P.S. 8 Aug: decluttering project eaten away all my time last week but i walked much more than before. it’s fun! so i am starting this week with a walking program
