Giggle I was always the good girl, but I’ve skipped class twice now on purpose and once accidentally. I skipped Core Skills once (a completely useless class designed to eat up our time inbetween science and lunch time) and the other time I was in the middle of Sports playing volleyball (I’m terrible at sports…) and the teacher then announced we were going to run cross country in the hottest December on record here. If there’s one thing I’m really, truly bad at – it’s running. And my asthma is a bitch when it comes to physical activity. So I said to my friend, ‘Hey, I’m going to get my hat…’ and that was the last they ever heard or saw of me. ;D
Thankfully I never have to do Sport again now.
I want to skip an entire day of school one day but only if my friends come.

you are skipping class to do something productive (attend some cool event, do other hw, help a friend) or even to take some time off to focus on you (mental health day!) it’s something no one should worry about. But be warned, it tends to be the slippery slope. I guess it depends on how much you value attendance in your personal list of priorities.
I waited until my senior year of high school to do this, and I felt like such a rebel. Now, in college, it’s a regular thing. So I guess that it’s fun and all, but it’s addicting! Ack.

this is good to do every once in a little while but don’t overdo it.
Actually, I met my boyfriend whilst skipping class to the art room on a whim.
Turns out, he was skipping too. We would never had met if we hadn’t done it.
We’ve been together for two years in December.
so far, i’ve skipped class only about 10 or 15 times in my three years (six semesters) of college, but it’s usually backfired and i rarely relaxed during the extra time, although that’s probably my problem. i just don’t advocate making it a regular thing, although it’s occasionally quite fun.
heldor is sleepy nao.
When you really don’t feel like going to a class- why bother? If you’re not enjoying it, you won’t pay attention: You may as well do what you really feel like doing, and catch up later!
Jessica Steelers FTW!
I had so much fun skipping fast. I went to get something to eat and I got back like 10 minutes after my class started. So I just skipped it and hung out with my friends.
It was fun.
