I normally love books, especially fantasy novels. I read The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, and just found them soooooo boring. Just my opinion. But, I guess I’ve got a biased opinion since I find most ‘old’ books an extremely boring read.
Read it! It's really good!

The book is great! I’d recommend reading all three books. Also read The Hobbit, and if you have time, read “The Sylmarilion”. (I didn’t read that one, but more Middle Earth never hurts!)
It’s one of the best books I’ve read.
