There’s a Russian tea house here in Paris that serves vodka and caviar, presumably authentic. Hopefully someday soon I’ll have something to celebrate, and we can go.

I’ve had fish roe, of course, and I love it, but I’ve never had beluga or sevruga caviar. You know, the really rare, expensive stuff. What if it gets overfished into extinction before I get to try it? How sad.
Maybe someday when I’m feeling quite rich, I will procure some. I will probably go to Russia for it, but that doesn’t make it much cheaper, apparently.
