Currently I had to stop after 0.4 miles. Will try to increase it from tomorrow.
Stopped and then completed about 0.9 but need to do an entire mile in 1 go.

Tomorrow I will go out. I will run. I will not throw up.
I’m not sticking to any sort of schedule or running program. Call me hard-headed, but they just don’t work for me. Right now my strategy is to run everyday. And by this I mean lope along at a pace that is just barely faster than walking until I can’t anymore. I figure I’m doing 1/4 mile now before I have to start walking. Everyday I will push myself to go just a little farther until I reach the one mile mark. We’ll worry about speed later…

Thanks to some brilliant person at my school,
NO GIRLS have PE anymore! You’re either in Yoga, Aerobics or School related sport.
I have Yoga now, & I can practically sleep in that class!
But I have to admit, we stretch so hard sometimes, I feel more tired and excercised than i did in PE!
So, HAH! TAKE THAT MILE!!
Miles are no longer a requirement. (:
mhmaha is gonna be good from now on
It took me little less than 13 minutes.

today at the gym..
I’m out of shape but I want to have some kind of goal.
We’ll see what happens :)
Every year in school they make us run a mile in under 12 minutes. If we don’t complete it in the alloted time, we will either take a D for our grade or retake it.
Last year I came so close to not making it and thats when I decided to start training for that mile. I did as much as I could over the summer but I have lots of stuff to do so I couldn’t even imagine doing it everyday. Then school started which didn’t really change anything, but once I found that I COULD go at it, it was too cold outside to do anything! :(
The mile test will be in April or May and I really have to try my best to make it!

Well I went out a couple months ago and spent over $100 on running clothes, went running once, and haven’t used it since.
It’s just been so cold outside, or too icy.
Gotta get crackin’ on this!

My school requires us to run one mile every week under 13 minutes. Sounds easy, right? NO. Our mile is different from any other school, our’s goes up a large dirt hill, that most people slip on… or you can risk getting caught, and cut the mile by going under the bleachers.
Most people do that, but the first time I cut the mile with my friends, we got caught! We cut the mile in a large group of 15 people, but only me and my friend were busted. We didn’t wanna tell on the others, it wouldn’t be fair. So my friend’s and I consquence was to serve saturday school, parent meeting with principal, and a F for the day.
I need to learn to run A LOT faster.

I ran for 5 continuous minutes, but that was really pushing it. I thought I was going to pass out! Man am I out of shape. I continued walking and running for 25 minutes all together, 10 of those minutes I was running.
