Have something special to celebrate each month

Easter was one month
A wedding the next. :)

Its going to be a good one, I have my Boudreaux’s Zydeco Stomp Gumbo cooking right now, great spicy smell wafting through the air… yum a few beers chillin, along with some corn bread and Bananas Foster.

One holiday that really takes the whole month. Everything is decorated, now time for all of the candy. I have to make divinty,triple rocky road bar,homemade carmel,fudge, and toffee along with various cookies.
I am having a brunch this year. One challenge with it will be making gluten free casien free foods for it.
Now…. to put on the christmas mood music…. Merry Christmas Everyone! :)

This month is definitely all Halloween. We had a great party Wednesday. For actual Halloween night, I’m going to have a soup supper and lots of candy!!
I wanted to celebrate Día de los Muertos the first part of November but,I think I will wait until next year. I wanted to have sugar skulls but haven’t gotten the mold yet, but I could change my mind.

I use to do this with my kids. It would be wonderful have some more great memories. Life is too short for blandness. :)
